“Tom’s exceptional design ability, detailed work, and collaborative approach resulted in a unique and outstanding landscape at our Fourth Street East development.   He was able to incorporate all of the numerous amenities and elements we required into a unique and stunning design that is well loved and used by our residents. His design evokes the shipping and industrial history of the site but is always comfortable, luxurious, and gorgeous.   It was also always a pleasure to work with Tom throughout the design and construction of the project. “
